WV Tax Sales Listing Form

When a Deed is recorded, it must be accompanied by a “Sales Listing Form.”  You can obtain the form from the following link:

This is a “fill-in-form.”  You have two options:

• Fill in the form online and print it out OR

• You can print out the form, then fill out the form using an ink pen or a typewriter.

PLEASE REMEMBER

Before submitting your document to the Clerk’s Office, you need to have a total of 4 (four) of the Sales Listing Form document, to send along with your Deed.  So, remember, submit the original and the three copies (a total of 4) of the Sales Listing Form, with your Deed.
